Our annual Halloween competition brought out the spooky spirit in style, as tenants rolled up their sleeves and got creative with some fantastically frightful pumpkins! This year’s we encouraged our tenants to paint, carve, or decorate their pumpkins and the results did not disappoint.

Among the eerie entries, one pumpkin stood out from the rest—a striking vampire design that stole the show. This fang-tastic pumpkin looked ready to leap off the table and claim its next victim! The tenants behind this creation had clearly poured their hearts (and a bit of blood, sweat, and fake tears) into every brushstroke.

After much deliberation from our judges, this spooky masterpiece was declared the winner! The lucky winners were thrilled to receive their prize: a delicious takeaway treat for their house!

We’re already looking forward to next year’s contest and can’t wait to see what chilling creations our talented tenants will come up with. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this Halloween a hauntingly memorable one.
