A bit about Tracey
We’re delighted to welcome Tracey, our new Housing Officer, to the team!
Tracey will primarily be responsible for providing housing support to our tenants in Durham — our largest single patch of properties.
She brings with her over ten years of experience managing finance and administration in the care sector, having worked extensively on supported living schemes for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviour. In 2015, she took the leap into property maintenance, co-founding a company with her business and life partner that specialises in the build, maintenance, and renovation of homes.
A proud mum of three (not counting the family pets!), Tracey holds a Certificate in Accounting and is currently studying for her AAT Diploma in Accountancy — testament to her passion for continual learning and personal development. She brings a wealth of knowledge and transferable skills to IKE, and we’re excited to see the impact she’ll make.
Outside of work, Tracey has raised money for causes close to her heart — including the Macular Society and her son’s football team — by completing the Yorkshire Three Peaks and scaling Ben Nevis. In her downtime, she enjoys travelling with her family in their campervan, cheering on her son at football matches and her daughter at equine events. She also makes time for fitness and audiobooks, even if the healthy eating part is still a work in progress!
Welcome to the team, Tracey — we’re thrilled to have you on board!
