What We Do

What we do at IKE
IKE is not the primary source of support to its tenants, but we do know housing. Like the phrase says “horses for courses” and IKE specialises in providing enhanced housing management and services to our tenants. We work closely with our partners, some of the UK’s leading providers of care and support services for people with diverse and often complex needs. We work in partnership with these organisations to establish genuine models of supported living that offer our tenants real choices in the services they receive, combined with the rights afforded by our Tenancy Agreements.
IKE’s relationship with its support providing partners is governed by formal Service Level Agreements that defines the respective companies’ roles, obligations and responsibilities. In some instances IKE also contracts directly with the service purchaser, which may be The Local Authority.
Similarly IKE’s relationship with its tenants is governed by the Tenancy Agreement that is granted to them. IKE treats this agreement with our tenants very seriously and makes considerable efforts to ensure that tenants and their family members, appointees, and advocates are fully aware of their rights that it conveys.
