IKE is 15 years old on 26th March 2018. When we set up the company all those years ago we never thought we’d get where we are today. From two people, sharing the corner of an office with one of our partners, we have grown to six, with our new offices in Fox Valley, Stocksbridge.

Starting with two schemes in South and West Yorkshire, we now cover a patch from Worcester in the south to Durham in the north, and from Wakefield across to Halifax. We’re proud we’ve never advertised, and have grown organically by word of mouth, based on our reputation.

We’d like to thank all our tenants, without them we’re nothing. We’d also like to thank our partners; whether that’s the LA’s who commission our schemes, the care providers we work with, or the developers who provide us with great properties. We couldn’t do it without them. We’d also like to thank our contractors, for always making us look good.

Here’s to the next 15 years!
