We’re proud to share the completion of IKE’s latest property in Rotherham. In collaboration with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) and our new partners Making Space, we’ve delivered a beautifully refurbished bungalow designed to support independent living for three young ladies.
This is genuinely one of the most impressive properties we’ve had the pleasure of working on. Tucked away on a quiet residential street, the home features three en-suite bedrooms for the residents, along with a fourth en-suite room for their support team. The spacious communal areas are perfect for socialising and relaxation — and the garden is truly something special, complete with the largest expanse of decking we’ve ever seen!
