A bit about Kelly

We are pleased to welcome Kelly as our new People Operations Manager. In this role, she will play an important part in supporting both the organisation and our staff.

Kelly is responsible for shaping and delivering IKE’s HR needs and acting as a central point of contact for staff and Directors. She will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure employees feel supported and that people practices continue to strengthen the organisation as it grows.

Kelly is an accomplished HR professional and Chartered Manager with a strong background in management and people development. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams succeed and believes that strong organisations are built by supporting their people. Her dedication and hard work were recognised early in her career when she was named a finalist in the CIPD Student of the Year Awards. She later received the Feoffees of Rotherham Apprentice of the Year Award, recognising both her talent and commitment to learning and professional development.

Known for being loyal, caring and driven, Kelly brings a people-focused approach to everything she does. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors and cooking, often bringing people together over good food.
