A bit about Nicki
Nicki’s empathy, hands-on experience, and grounded approach are already making an impact — and we’re excited to see where her knowledge, experience and transferable skills will help support the vulnerable tenants we support.
Before starting with IKE, Nicki worked in the education sector supporting vulnerable learners to reach their full potential and to be recognised in society.
Prior to that, she worked for a large, registered housing provider as a team leader, delivering a wide range of housing support services to some of the region’s most vulnerable tenants. In this role, she focused on empowering individuals to achieve greater independence and fostering social inclusion. Nicki brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends—watching football, playing pool, and dining out. She also values her own company and often takes time away from the hustle and bustle to relax with a good book.
